The Process

How It Works

From a veteran's decision to recognize, to a lasting record of honor.

  1. Step 1

A veteran chooses to bestow honor upon someone they wish to recognize.

  2. Step 2

The veteran completes the recognition process and a unique Bestowed Honor coin is assigned.

  3. Step 3

The coin and recognition package are delivered.

  4. Step 4

The recipient may register the coin and choose privacy preferences.

  5. Step 5

Recipients who choose public participation may join the Honor Regiment.

Our Mission

Recognition that endures, privacy that is respected.

Bestowed Honor preserves meaningful recognition through a commemorative challenge coin and a permanent record. Each coin carries the weight of a veteran's respect, given freely to those who have earned it.

We honor recipient privacy and choice at every step. A recognition may be recorded for posterity while public visibility remains entirely under the recipient's control.

Honor someone whose service earned your respect.

Verified veterans can begin a bestowal today, or recipients can register a coin they've received.
